Amanda Sowter, who had previously headed-up the lettings division of local chartered surveyors for over ten years, left to form the company this year. She asked Chris Brown, ex President of the National Association of Estate Agents, to join her to help create a personal and professional lettings company specifically designed to offer individual service to their many residential landlord clients. Chris has dealt with property in Derby all of his professional life and sees the lettings market as a perfect vehicle for Sowter and Brown.
