Spire Homes is a leading provider of quality affordable housing in East Northamptonshire, Rutland, Wellingborough and Milton Keynes. We were formed in February 2001 to receive the transfer of housing stock from East Northamptonshire Council, to date we have spent over £42 million on improvements to homes.
Tenants are involved in key decisions and are helping to make neighbourhoods and estates nicer places to live. We have just been allocated £1.8million to provide new homes for rent and shared ownership.
