Nick Smith- Sales Office ManagerNick is the manager of Stags' residential department in Exeter. Having previously managed the Holiday Complex department Nick has a broad range of expertise in the marketing and sale of both small and large residential properties as well as commercial interests. Educated in Devon, Nick went on to attend the University of Surrey where he studied for his degree in business and finance. Following his degree Nick worked in the City of London for 12 years where he rose to a senior management role in a commercial property company. -

Following a period with national property consultancy Bruton Knowles as a planning consultant, Alister returned to the South West to work for PCL Planning, where he largely provided advice to developers, landowners, housebuilders and the hotel and leisure sector before joining Stags to head up the Planning Services team -

Matthew has acted for a range of clients across the UK, including the West Midlands, an island off the West coast of Scotland, and the South and the South West of England. This is complimented by his experience in an array of professional matters, including renewable energy schemes and lettings, whereby he is able to assess the potential of his client's assets.
