    The directors, Neil Mortimer and Michael Blake, have an unrivalled knowledge of the area with a wide range of expertise across a broad spectrum of property disciplines and have between them vast experience of the local and regional property market.
    Whilst proud of the experience in the firm, the company is also forward thinking, embracing state of the art computer technology and software to support the business activities.
    The Residential Estate Agency department operate from our prominent High Street office in Northallerton. The Northallerton office also houses the Rural & Sporting department which manages a number of substantial country Estates as well as advising on rural and agricultural matters generally. The Newcastle office lies in Shakespeare Street in the heart of the city and deals with all aspects of commercial property including sales and lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, management and valuations throughout the North of England.
