    Paul has been involved in the property industry for over a decade, gaining experience with other Swindon based agents, before joining Strakers in 2010 and taking the reins of our branch in the heart of Swindon. Paul has been heavily involved within the strategic restructure of our business in Swindon, and in 2013 was appointed as Associate Director which was quickly followed by an appointment to Director in 2014, he heads up an experienced and highly enthusiastic team who are going from strength to strength.     Lindy Fitzpatrick
    Lindy is based in the Swindon office after joining Strakers in 2011. Lindy's role encompasses residential sales and valuations and she is also the appointed New Home Representative within the office, which involves maintaining strong relationships with developers and coordinating all the New Homes activity on sites throughout Swindon. Prior to joining Strakers Lindy assisted in setting up an independent estate agency in a very tough market, this has given her the experience to deal expertly with the day to day challenges that we face.

    Stuart is a particular specialist in the residential and commercial investment market having sold properties through auction across the UK & Ireland. He is a training to become a member of the National Association of Auctioneers & Valuers before embarking on becoming the man with the gavel. Having trained as an Estate Agent 10 years ago before "switching codes" to auctions in 2006, Stuart has a wide range of specialist expertise across all aspects of the property market having worked in Bath, Wiltshire and more recently, Central London and works closely with the other departments in Strakers.     Gillian Houston
    Gillian moved to Swindon in the mid 80's, settling into the area quickly and making it her home her children have attended local schools and she has bought and sold a number of properties which Gillian believes gives her the perfect insight into the market and the process involved. Gillian oozes enthusiasm and genuinely enjoys finding the right property for an applicant and seeing it through to handing over the keys to them.     Jane is based in Swindon and her role combines front of office being a friendly point of contact for all enquiries either by phone or in person. Prior to joining Strakers she worked for 20 years in local media in a design and sales role, which was mainly property based, giving her background knowledge and understanding of the industry which is experience she carries into her administration and advertising role today. She has also lived in the town and surrounding villages all her life and has children in local schools giving her a sound local knowledge of the area.
