    Paul Dearing
    Paul has worked in both Swindon offices and is currently based in North Swindon. Paul has lived in Swindon for over 20 years and has a vast knowledge of the local area. In 2013 was appointed as Associate Director and his commitment to the task of building Strakers profile within the town is first class. He is determined that he and his team provide the very highest levels of customer service. His daughter, Emma, attends Orchid Vale and Strakers sponsors their school's football kit.

    Lindy Fitzpatrick
    Lindy is based in the Swindon office after joining Strakers in 2011. Lindy has recently moved from the North Swindon Branch where she assisted in the set up and managed it since it opened in 2014. Lindy's role also encompasses residential sales and valuations she also has strong relationships with developers and coordinating all the New Homes activity on sites throughout Swindon. Prior to joining Strakers Lindy assisted in setting up an independent estate agency in a very tough market, this has given her the experience to deal expertly with the day to day challenges that we face. When Lindy isn't working you will find her on some exotic beach sipping cocktails!

    Jane Fathers 
    Jane is our longest serving member of staff in Swindon and has a vast knowledge of the industry along with excellent organisation & customer service skills. Jane has worked in various offices during her time with the company, the past 5 years of which she was in Commercial Road. She is now based in our North Swindon Office but works between both Swindon Offices providing administration support along with an experienced negotiator role. Prior to joining Strakers she worked in local media for many years in a design and sales role which was predominantly property based. When she is not at work Jane is always on the go renovating her home & garden with her husband's help and enjoys spending time and entertaining with family and friends.

    Nick started his career with Strakers in our busy Devizes office where he gained valuable experience of the industry which he has transferred to our North Swindon office. A passionate and enthusiastic negotiator his role here also encompasses sales valuations. Nick goes above and beyond to deliver great customer service in everything he does! Nick lives in North Swindon & when he is not working is kept busy with his young family, is a regular at the gym and a massive football fan!

    Liam joined Strakers in our branch in Commercial Road, Swindon in 2015 and has also worked in our North Swindon Branch covering viewings and tying up sales. A man with a passion for property, Liam is Swindon born and bred and he has a fantastic knowledge of the area. Liam, who has a BA Honours business degree, has a background in business and customer service, most recently working in an executive role with Smiths News plc.  Liam lives in the town and (when he is not at work!) enjoys a frame or two at his local snooker club.
