Streets Ahead, Croydon

Writing on behalf of my sister who has recently completed on the sale of her property and she is absolutely over the moon with the service she received from Streets Ahead. In particular, their Sales Progressor Robyne. The transaction was far from straight forward and Robyne handled it compellingly with her tenacity, knowledge and patience, she knew the right things to say at the right time. She spent hours on end on the telephone to Land Registry and the solicitors trying to resolve the delays, she had no issues going that extra mile. We're certain if Robyne had not taken control of the sale when she did they would still be battling through trying to get exchanged. A big thank you to Robyne. Streets Ahead have already been recommended to the neighbours without hesitation.

We used Streets Ahead for the sale of our flat and purchase of a new property in October 2015. As we'd already seen somewhere we liked, Streets Ahead were very quick in getting our property on the market for us and we had an open day booked within a week of the property going on sale, with over 20 people coming to view it. We got a sale from the first viewing and achieved above the asking price. The most important part of the service for me was Saphire King-Harris - she's a sales progressor who works on getting things completed for you. She was friendly and exceptionally helpful. We had a complicated time with our sale and purchase but she worked tirelessly to get everything done and was far more helpful than our own solicitor ended up being. Streets Ahead were not the cheapest estate agent we met with, but we went with them and they did deliver everything they said they would. Would recommend them.
