Suffolk Coastal is an independent estate agency specialising in the sale of homes across Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Orford, Snape, Woodbridge and villages across the Suffolk coast.

The founder and driving force behind the business is Tim Day, who has over 20 years of experience selling, letting and holiday letting real estate in prime central London.

The ethos of Suffolk Coastal is simple: we are a small team focused on providing a personal, hands-on and proactive estate agency service. We are different from other estate agents in that we do not have a shop front presence. Our strong belief is that in the modern era a high street retail office is inefficient and surplus to requirements. Instead, we much prefer to allocate budget to optimising the marketing of our clients' properties online and supporting a business that conducts viewings 7 days a week.

We market properties on the four largest property platforms: Rightmove / Zoopla / On the Market / Prime Location and in London on Lonres (the London estate agent property portal). On Rightmove, our client's properties will always be listed as a 'featured property' meaning that it will be highlighted and appear on the top of search listings. We pride ourselves on a hard work ethic which means that we provide a rapid response to enquiries and always conduct accompanied viewings 7 days a week.

By having a niche estate agency that focuses on a particular offering (i.e. coastal properties in Suffolk) it allows us to attract buyers that know exactly what they want. This is particularly pertinent in current times as we witness the migration of motivated well heeled buyers from city to coast. Through our Kensington based sister estate agency Cutler & Bond, we are perfectly positioned to leverage our London connections to benefit from this ongoing trend. As a member of Lonres (the London estate agent network) we are able to market our Suffolk properties to a vast network of sub-agents, buying agents and buyers.
