We hold clients money in a designated client account and accounts are independently inspected annually. We are part of a Client Money Protection Scheme and hold Professional Indemnity Insurance
All ARLA members agree to comply with the professional standards outlined within the Conduct and Membership Rules, demonstrating their dedication and commitment to higher standards within residential lettings. If you have a complaint against an ARLA member they will investigate the matter for you. They have the power to take action against any member they feel have breached their rules.

TPO is a government approved scheme to provide independent redress in relation to disputes between consumers and property agents. TPO is a full member of the Ombudsman Association and adheres to the organisationís principles of good governance for ombudsman schemes.
