Tamlyn and Son is an Independent Practice of Chartered Surveyors with 125 years of experience and an excellent reputation for service and professionalism. The firm has grown to be a multi-disciplined practice governed by the regulations of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and able to offer a range of professional services covering all aspects of commercial, residential and agricultural property sales, letting and management.
Operating from our office in Bridgwater and our associate offices in Wellington and Taunton Somerset. We aim to provide a competent and efficient service with the emphasis on professionalism and a personal approach.
The firm was founded in 1878 by Mr. William Henry Tamlyn (Auctioning Below in 1928) who began by auctioning confiscated shipping cargoes. later the firm was owned by his son Mr. William Henry Tamlyn Junior
