Temples Northwich was opened in Spring 2006 by Gary and Natalie Williams, expanding the group of family-run offices across Cheshire. Together the couple have built a business which today employs seven people and handles property lettings and management in Northwich and Knutsford as well as the surrounding areas, notably Middlewich and Winsford.
Gary and Natalie’s attitude has been to ‘raise the bar’ in terms of the standards they and their team achieve. They are proud of the reputation they have developed within such a short space of time, built from an unrelenting dynamic and innovative approach to ensure they provide the best customer care at all times, coupled with a strong working knowledge of the legislation that underpins property letting and management.
Gary leads the proactive and efficient property management team, who are highly focused on working with quality contractors to complete maintenance and repair issues quickly and cost effectively and are confident and knowledgeable in dealing with any legal issues that arise during tenancy management. Natalie looks after the property lettings side of the business and has developed highly effective systems and processes for ensuring no detail is missed, and seeks to continually develop the team to ensure the highest professional standards.
