      superb levels of support..
"I'd like to provide some extremely positive feedback to you on my recent business dealings with Frost. I had been let down by my previous letting agent (B Simmons) and had lost trust in local letting agents. However, you'll be glad to know that Colin White has completely restored my faith in letting agents with his superb levels of support and guidance. He helped assess my property (at short notice) and supported all my requests for information. The flat was let within 5 days and Colin (with the help of his support staff) have really given me confidence that I am now with the "right" company. Please pass on my thanks to Colin and the team involved. I will absolutely use Frost again."Krishna S Bilimoria

Our valuations are based on current market conditions and demands and take local factors such as parking, amenities and transport links into account. It's entirely without obligation, even if you'd just like to know what your property is worth, just call 01753 583999 and speak to one of our experts or click the Contact Us button. Appoint a selling agent

When you instruct The Frost Partnership, we take quality photographs, prepare the property particulars, floorplans and a video tour to showcase your property. Our Property Alerts service instantly sends your property to hundreds of active buyers and your property will be featured on our website, on property portals and social media through to a national and international audience. First impressions are vital and we can give clear advice about what is required to make your property stand out and receive the attention it deserves.

    • paragraph

      Instruct a solicitor

We can introduce you to one of our preferred solicitors who will act on your behalf throughout the conveyancing procedure. If you are moving on to a new home and require finance to be put in place, we can point you in the right direction for mortgage advice.

    • paragraph

      Energy Performance Certificate

It is a legal requirement for the seller of a property to provide a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for their property before it can be sold. The EPC is then made available free of charge to any prospective buyer. The Frost Partnership can arrange your EPC.

    • paragraph

      Viewings

We are here to accompany all viewings of your home although if you prefer to show people around yourself, then that is entirely your choice. We will organise every viewing providing you with frequent feedback and updates. Our offices are open 9.00 am - 6pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 3pm Saturday to maximise viewing opportunities.

    • paragraph

      Contract and negotiation

As soon as an offer is received we will contact you to communicate full details of the offer along with any special conditions to help you decide whether or not to accept. There is no obligation to accept the first offer you receive. However, once you have decided to accept an offer, you will need to instruct a property solicitor/conveyancer if you haven't already done so - we can introduce you to one of our preferred solicitors who will act on your behalf throughout the conveyancing procedure. We will then issue a memorandum of sale detailing the specifics of the sale and circulate it to all parties.

    • paragraph

      Exchange

The exchange of contracts is the point where a non-refundable deposit (normally 10% of the purchase price) is transferred over to your conveyancer/solicitor and all the legal work has been carried out, meaning contracts can be signed and exchanged. From this point both parties are legally bound to go through with the transaction. Your completion date will normally be set at this stage, around two weeks after the exchange.

    • paragraph

      Completion

On completion day, the balance of the payment is transferred from the buyer's solicitor to your solicitor's account. Once the money has been cleared, we will be able to release the keys to the buyer. Congratulations - you have just sold your home!

    • paragraph

The Frost Partnership has been successfully completing sales transactions since 1906. But don't just take our word for it - read the testimonials from just some of our happy clients. Feel free to contact our experienced team at any time. We are happy to answer any questions that you might have along the way to selling your home.

Your guide to finding and buying your dream home
    • paragraph

Tell us what you are looking for
      image cannot be displayed

The first step to finding your dream home is to register your property requirements with us. Call us with your details or pop in and we can update you when properties that fit your search criteria are available. Sign up for property alerts, and you'll instantly receive emails about properties that may be of interest.

    • paragraph

      Determine your budget

When buying a property it is vital to set your budget and get your calculations right at the outset. If you plan on using equity from the sale of an existing property towards the purchase of your new home, we would recommend that you get an accurate valuation from a local property expert. We can provide a FREE current market appraisal with no obligation.

    • paragraph

      Select the right mortgage
Whether you are a first time buyer, you are re-mortgaging or securing a mortgage for an investment property, it is essential to speak to a mortgage expert. We can offer advice through highly reputable Independent Mortgage Advisers with whom we have a long standing relationship and who can search thousands of mortgage deals to find the right one for you.

    • paragraph

      Viewing a property

Get a clear picture of what a property is like by visiting the area at different times of the day. Have a checklist of what really matters to you. Note, for example, which way the garden faces, what the parking is like and what is / not included in the sale price. Check the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), look at roofs and windows and ask what type of heating it has. Find out if there are any guarantees, and if you wish to buy the property, we recommend that you arrange an independent survey to investigate any areas of concern.

    • paragraph

      Making an offer

When you've found the property you want to buy, the next step is to agree the price with the seller. The estate agent selling the property should guide you through this process and help you decide whether or not to offer the asking price - many properties sell at or above the asking price where there is significant interest from several buyers.

    • paragraph

      Conveyancing

Once the seller accepts your offer, we can introduce you to one of our preferred solicitors who will act on your behalf throughout the conveyancing procedure (the administrative and legal side of buying or selling a property), when solicitors prepare title deeds and confirm ownership.

    • paragraph

      Arrange a survey

If you require a mortgage then your bank will usually insist on a Mortgage Valuation to ensure the property is worth the loan value. However, you do not normally receive a copy of this report. We recommend you to seek a survey of your own before committing to purchase. It could save you thousands of pounds if there are any hidden problems. The most commonly requested survey is the RICS HomeBuyers report, specifically designed to inform you about the condition of the property by highlighting any areas of attention prior to purchasing. As a result it can save substantial costs in repair and give you ground for negotiating the asking price.

    • paragraph

      Exchange of contracts

Once your mortgage offer is secured and any necessary insurance cover is in place, you are ready to exchange contracts - this is the legally binding part of the process where you hand over your deposit (usually 10% of the purchase price). Contracts are exchanged once you and the seller, along with both solicitors/conveyancers are satisfied that everything is in order and a date for completion is agreed. Both parties are then legally bound to go through with the transaction from this point.

    • paragraph

      Completion day

This is the day that the monies are transferred via the banking system and the day on which you will receive the keys to the property you have purchased and can move in. Congratulations!
