Established in 2006 our experienced team is made up of Senior Property Consultants & Directors who operate out of cafe style premises in the centre of Duke Street.

We have a prominent cafe style Duke Street office, which is open Monday to Thursday 9am to 6.30pm, Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 1pm. Personal marketing plans are created which include adverts in different paper based publications across Essex and into East London, constructive viewing feedback is given within 24 hours of the viewing. We place our homes online with the best level of presentation and photography available, websites used include rightmove.co.uk, our own company website www.thehomepartnership.co.uk as well as various other UK leading property portals. Various options are available on which type of presentation and brochures would suit your needs including floor plans, this would be discussed and tailored to your requirements at the time of our appraisal of your home.

About the Team

Our three company Directors Scott Mason, Merrick Allen and Joanne Williams have over 40 years combined experience of the Chelmsford market. Lee McGoldrick, Stacy Walpole, Steven Burnside, Tina Brownjohn and Joanne Stewart bring a further 35 years of experience between them and make up the rest of our highly successful team. Monthly development programmes are put in place to ensure that our customer service and best practice levels are achieved at all times. All of the team have successfully passed industry based training modules and qualifications related to their job role.
