Upon reaching out to them to discuss putting our house on the market, we received their help, support and advice plus the benefit of their many years experience to decide the best approach to market our house and the likely value we'd achieve. It was an open and honest conversation together with lots of tips on how to present our home for the photographs and viewings to maximise its potential. We received a personalised detailed presentation which is so helpful, easy to understand, no jargon. Communication throughout is fantastic, whether that be by phone, in person or via the emails and text message updates we received. They also have an App (Keysio) that's updated as the sale progresses so you can see the present position for yourself. Every single person we met and/or spoke to at Home were lovely, they couldn't be more friendly and helpful.
