The home report will give you an accurate valuation of your property and the surveyors we recommend are all registered with the panel of mortgage lenders. The fee for the home report will need to be paid directly to the surveyor when he calls to arrange an appointment. Generally, the cost of a home report is related to the property value, so the cost of a Home Report will vary according to the value of your home. Alternatively, you can arrange your own report, however, please make sure that it they are recognized and approved by the panel of mortgage lenders.
