The Wilkinson Partnership has a well established Land and New Homes Department. With over 50 years knowledge of the local property Market we have even seen Milton Keynes grow from open countryside to the vast New Town that it is today .

We can handle all sorts of different Land deals for Farmers, Land Owners or Developers or Large Institutions. We even sell Land for most of the largest House builders in the UK. These deals can be straight forward, simple sales of land or much more complex Land Assembly sites of substantial land holdings, usually in excess of several hundreds of acres with “Uplift provisions” requiring “Consortium agreements” and with both “deliverability” and “equalization” being important requirements of the deal. We have considerable experience in this specialist field.

We also have a long established and proven track record in New Homes sales, we have acted for many small local builders constructing single units or small sites through to medium sized regional developers doing sites of 20 -50 Units up to large house builders constructing 50 + Units. We have sold numerous barn conversions, conversions of large Mansions and Industrial buildings. We are regularly asked to conduct site appraisals for price comparison and site valuations to establish marketing prices.

We also handle Agricultural Land, Pony Paddocks and advise on many areas of rural practice.
