Thank you for visiting the Thornley Groves Property Management page, my name is Keeley Child and I am the Director for our two, well established and vibrant, Property Management Departments in the City Centre and South Manchester. Following my studies at Alderley Edge School for Girls I was keen to get stuck into working life. Having always had a passion for property and a love of people, property management is the perfect fit for me, I haven't looked back since!
12 years of experience within this industry has given me a comprehensive insight into all aspects of Property Management. I am supported by Colin Scarbrough, who is our Department Manager for our South Manchester Property Management Department(also covering North Manchester). Colin was born and raised in Sale and has a personal affinity with the South Manchester region and a wealth of experience in the rental industry.

Our Property Management Departments are located at our Head Office in Altrincham Cheshire and also at our Salford City Point office on Chapel Street in the City Centre. The South Manchester region covers Hale, Altrincham, Sale, Urmston, Knutsford, Lymm, Wilmslow, Northenden, Baguley, Wythenshawe, Partington, Eccles, Stretford, Prestwich, Worsley and Swinton. The City Centre region covers the whole of the City Centre, Salford Quays and Didsbury.
Our services are all encompassing from tenancy start to end including full inventory service, regular property inspections, end of tenancy check out reports, property maintenance, tenancy renewals, compliance certificates and checks, client accounts and rental arrears. We also offer additional services such as caretaking of empty properties between tenancies and overseeing and arranging property refurbishment upon request.
In order to best service our customers each individual discipline is run by a highly qualified Team leader and specialised Property Managers who are on hand to meet all the requirements for our much valued Tenants and Landlords. All employees are represented by our brand by wearing corporate uniform and driving branded cars. We aim to achieve the highest professional standards company wide and this is evidenced by our company image and ethos.
Our operational hours within the department are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm.
