We are an independent professional Firm of estate agents and chartered surveyors. The company was founded in the 1950’s and is now run by the two partners, Sam Thornton and Peter Kievenaar.
We are based in Sudbury – a lovely market town on the Essex/Suffolk border. We specialise in the sale of period and character country houses and cottages in all price ranges, dealing with an area of about 300 square miles. We are fortunate to cover a most attractive part of the country - with undulating countryside dotted with wonderful medieval villages - and accessible to good roads and mainline railway stations to London.
