We are not a franchise - so our costs are lower - a franchise on average has to pay a franchisor 10% of the company's turnover. These individuals take 10% of your management charge without supplying a service to your property.

We are not a corporate - so we have flexible services - we have designed our services for the local market rather than the national market. Also we do not have Sales Manager, Area Managers, Regional Managers or many other roles that do not directly help manage your investment property and have a high salary cost.

We are not an estate agency - so we specialise - we do not see property management as a secondary income or a nice to have on the side of our main business. It is our main and only business and something we feel requires our maximum focus to be successful.

We do not have expensive offices - so we pass the savings to you - using the latest mobile technology we can cut out one of the most expensive cost of a normal residential lettings company. We pass these savings to our clients enabling us to charge a competitive management fee.

We are landlords - so we know the importance of your investment - we are landlords with multiple properties in Peterborough. Also we are experienced and qualified in the Financial Services industry which allows us as people to be flexible and knowledgeable.
