Set Up Fee £360 inc VAT
(Marketing the property on all major websites, our wall and windows in both offices, floorplans, finding suitable tenants through a professional referencing company, ARLA approved tenancy agreements, APIP qualified staff to undertake inventory's)

Monthly Management Fee 8% plus VAT
(Dealing with any maintenance issues using our database of qualified tradesman dedicated to Town and Country Lettings, 24 Hour Tenant Service, three monthly inspections and renewal of agreements)

Tenant Find £360 inc VAT
(Marketing the property on all major websites, our wall and windows in both offices, floorplans, finding suitable tenants through a professional referencing company)

Set Up Fee £300 inc VAT
(Producing ARLA approved tenancy agreements, APIP qualified staff to undertake inventory's, Attend a Check In, take meter readings)
