TRADING PLACES – THE STORY SO FAR!
“Many people ask me did the name Trading Places come after watching the film and the truth is... it did! However, I feel it spells out exactly what customers are looking to do when they first contact us.” – Steven Cox, Director.
In 1997 at the age of 23, Steven Cox acquired Trading Places. He brought with him a wealth of experience in Independent and Corporate Estate Agency and integrated systems from both, with the intent of making his business have a distinctly different quality of service from the competition. In order to remain ahead of the competition Steven has focused on cutting edge technology, the internet and it’s increasing influence on advertising, traditional advertising, pro-active marketing and most important of all, in continually employing quality staff.
The Present Day:
Our local experienced team of staff are the face of our company and we know that first impressions count. Therefore we only employ the best quality staff to ensure the customers first impression is the right impression. This strategy has proved itself as the company has continued to expand, even in difficult times. Trading Places Stretford office was the foundation which in turn supported the opening of the Old Trafford office and, up to the present day, in the opening of the Chorlton Office in the heart of Chorlton-cum-Hardy with future offices planned.
Lettings & Management:
Trading Places offer a Bespoke Lettings and Management Service.
Steven doesn’t believe in standing still and with this in mind they plan to open more branches. Some of these will be under their direct ownership whilst others will be through a well planned franchise system allowing other experienced people in the property industry, who aspire to own their own business, the chance
