Our Full Management Service gives a comprehensive property management service to manage a tenancy effectively and to our client’s requirements. This package is available for a very competitive monthly management fee and includes all of the following without any additional fee:
Full written Schedule of Condition & DVD recordings;
Provision of all legal documents, Tenancy Agreements, Notices and Tenancy renewals;
Regular property visits and reports to Landlords;
Collection and Registration of deposits with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme;
Collection of rental payments and provision of monthly and annual statements;
Organisation of repairs and maintenance during the Tenancy and renewals of any legal certification as necessary;
Alternatively, our Let-Only Service assists the Landlord until the point that the Tenant moves into the property, after this point the Landlord is responsible for the management and rent collection.
Tenants: From the moment you contact us we are on hand to help. We do all the hard work for you. We take care of all your referencing and upon moving you in we can assist in transferring all utilities over to your name.
Once you have moved into your new property we are on hand to take care of any problems that may arise to the best of our ability.
We only deal with lettings so you can be sure that we will offer you a great service at all times. If, in the unlikely event you have any problems once you have moved in, our team of specialists are on hand to resolve any issues with the minimum of disruption to you.
