Upad offers landlords a menu of services so you can choose only what you need to help you manage your own property portfolio. If you simply want us to find you a tenant, we’ll just find you a tenant.
But if you want us to conduct viewings, deal with the paperwork or collect the rent, we can do some or all of those things, just as you need. Because we work nationally throughout the UK, we can help you manage your property wherever it is. We can even manage the entire tenancy for you if that’s what you want. The point is – it’s up to you.
