All of the Directors are Devon born & bred and have over 30 years experience in the sale, rental and commercial sector of the property market. Our knowledge of the local area is exceptional and we would like to think that we are prepared to go out of our way to make your purchase as smooth as possible from the moment you place your property on the market with us to the day of completion and collection of the keys to your new home.
The Directors have worked with a number of the large developers such as Bellway Homes, Persimmon, Barratts & Millwood Homes. Alongside many of the smaller more local developers. “We aim to build long lasting relationships with customers so that we know what they expect and desire from us at every stage of their development, move or buy to let investment” states Deborah Squire, Director of Godfrey Short & Squire.
We are experienced in all aspects of sales from one bedroom apartments through to country estates with large amounts of land, equally we manage a high level of local properties for landlords that may have only one buy to let investment through to landlords with portfolios of properties, we pride ourselves on having a very short period of time between tenants for all of our managed stock and rent all ranges of property from small one person properties to larger country houses.
