Most rooms in shared flats have their own study area, private bathroom and shared kitchen/living area. So, no fighting with flatmates to use the bathroom in the mornings. Studios have their own private kitchen, study area and bathroom. All our properties are safe and secure with CCTV and secure door entry systems as well as 24hour security cover. Maintenance is also taken care of through our professional Maintenance Team.
We offer one simple weekly room price, making it easy for you to manage for you finances which includes; 2MB in-room internet access (WiFi in some cases), all your bills (electricity, water and heating) and contents insurance. Plus, there’s no rent to pay upfront, just a simple refundable deposit of £250.
