Whilst a number of estate agents have ventured into this field as an additional service, Vale are proud to remain the only local specialist in this field managing properties valued at over £15 million and have 35 years experience of caring for client’s properties.
The residential rental market has grown dramatically over the past few years and, in our view, will likely grow further as growth in the population and limited supply in new build properties brings the UK in line with a number of its European counterparts in which a large proportion of the population choose to rent rather than buy.
