Properties for sale at auction can be viewed via our on-line or printed auction catalogue, property portals or by calling into one of our branches across Merseyside, Wirral and West Lancashire.
Auctions offer both the buyer and seller a definitive timeframe to complete the transaction. Normally contracts are exchanged on the day of the sale and completion takes place within 28 days.
