homes4u was founded on March 17th, 1990, and 21 years on operates from five offices across Manchester, in Altrincham, Chorlton, Withington and Manchester City Centre.

homes4u Property Management means a stress-free tenancy for landlords and tenants alike. Our dedicated Property Management Team is based in Withington, with Maintenance and Repair support in each of our branches. We have over 21 years of experience in managing property in Manchester, and currently have over 1000 properties which we look after on behalf of private landlords.

In addition to the primary property services, we also offer furniture packages, independent financial advice, and energy performance certificates. We also have café facilities, offering free internet access, as well as quality coffee, sandwiches, salads and hot food.
