    Vikings have been established in Felixstowe for almost two decades as a family-owned estate agency that prides itself on providing a friendly personal service, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Our office is situated strategically in the main street (Hamilton Road), only 75 yards from the local cinema and central car park. Vikings are members of the National Association of estate Agents, hold full Professional Indemnity Insurance and are subject to a bonding scheme to protect both landlord and tenant funds and to a code of practice to which we adhere.

    Our name reflects the ancient association between the Vikings and Suffolk (which for some years was part of 'Danelaw'). It was at Felixstowe in 885 AD that King Alfred's fleet attacked sixteen Viking ships at the mouth of the Stour, which in those days was approximately where Felixstowe Pier is now, and captured them all.

    Our catchment area of residential sales includes Felixstowe, Trimley St Mary, Trimley St Martin, Kirton and Falkenham. Our property management and letting service includes the above towns and villages but also extends to the East Ipswich, Rushmere, Kesgrave and Woodbridge areas. There are many different styles of property, whether they are located near to the town, sea, golf courses or in the countryside.
