      I gave Village Estates a fairly specific description of the type of house I wanted and they found the right property for me, and in my price range. I first became aware of Liz when I had accepted an offer from my buyers (which I also sold through Village Estates), and the people selling to me had accepted my offer. From then on she was the main contact for me at Village Estates, in her role as progressor. In this role she liaised between myself, the sellers, my buyers and both sets of solicitors, which meant I didn't have to. She was very efficient and kept everything moving along nicely. Even when there was a big holdup in the proceedings, Liz maintained a calm exterior and helped me to put things into perspective. She is very experienced and can draw on years worth of examples of how similar things have happened in the past and been resolved.
