Having moved 5 times in the last 3 years we have encountered many estate agencies and our experiences have always been largely negative, so we were surprised and delighted at how easy the whole experience was made for us by the team at the Urmston office.Firstly we were able to arrange a viewing on the same day as enquiring and once we viewed the property, Jack who did a great job of showing us around already had the paperwork ready to give to us. this was easy to fill in and coupled with an admin fee paid over the phone was enough to secure the property for us. The referencing process was the quickest and easiest we have come across and once completed we were again able to pay the deposit over the phone as we do not drive. the final stage was meeting Sam at the property to sign the contract and receive the keys. this made so much sense as previously we have had to send contracts back and forth before getting anywhere near the property. sam was very helpful in talking is through the inventory and contract and had already photographed any damage and meter readings before we even arrived. we were also so grateful that he contacted the utility companies for us as well as putting insurance related questions to our landlord as this saved us so much extra work at an already stressful time. Everyone we spoke to at the office was incredibly friendly and helpful and made the process so easy for us so we'd like to express our sincere thanks again for making moving as pleasant an experience as is possible! we will definitely use you again if needed and will recommend you to friends.
