Karolina Karczewska - Property ManagerKarolina is an experienced property manager (who we have known for some time), having worked in the industry for over 15 years. Dealing with maintenance issues that tenants raise takes up the majority of her time, but she also assists in all aspects of property management.Her great rapport with contractors,tenants & landlords helps her resolve issues before they get out of control. -

Mert Gundes - Property Management Co-ordinatorMert has a dual function, assisting both the lettings and property management teams. Mert is responsible for conducting our property inspections, reporting to landlords the condition of the property and dealing with any maintenance issues which need addressing. He also deals with any letting's enquiries, booking and conducting viewings and tying up offers. -

Kaya Lovell - Lettings AdministratorKaya is our tenancy progressor at WJMeade and is responsible for getting tenants ready for the let to commence. From taking them through the referencing process to creating the property file and compiling tenancy paperwork, Kaya makes sure everything is compliant. As well as this, she also assists with any maintenance queries from landlords and tenants, aiding them for a successful tenancy. -

Aleks Male - Financial ControllerAleks joined the W J Meade team, managing both the lettings and property management accounts, as well as overseeing general business accounts. Having several qualifications in accountancy, including his masters degree, Aleks has a keen eye for detail and is always on hand to solve any account's related queries of clients. -

Gina Mason - Renewal Co-ordinatorGina has worked in a variety of property management roles, working in the industry for over 10 years. Working on a part time basis, Gina's main function is the co-ordinating and administering of tenancy renewals and addendums. As she has a lot of experience in the industry, Gina also assists where needed, covering holiday and with general property management queries. -

Jackie Edney - Senior Accounts AdministratorJackie has been with W J Meade for over 20 years, running the Accounts and Property Management functions for the whole company. Jackie has decided to begin winding down in the department and will now be working for us on a part time basis, helping manage the Property Management Accounts function as well as sharing her wealth of knowledge, training the rest of the team.
