We opened our Ilkley Office in 1996, now over 20 years ago! Located on the entrance to Station Road, with Railway Station next door, the office enjoys a high profile position on one of the main routes into the thriving former spa town centre. Our bright, modern office provides a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere and is very accessible with free parking for two hours in the nearby Tescos car park. We enjoy excellent footfall, with passers-by heading from Tescos in to the town centre and also the many people who use the Railway for commuting to the larger commercial centres of Leeds and Bradford.

TRULY LOCAL
Michael Smale grew up in Burley-in-Wharfedale, went to School in Ilkley, now lives in Addingham and has played cricket for Burley, Addingham and BenRhydding. Michael started his working life in estate agency at the age of 16 at an established local firm before moving to a Leeds based estate agent and then returning to work at another Ilkley firm with Simon Walker. The working relationship between Simon Walker and Michael Smale started in Ilkley in 1989 which makes them two of the most experienced Ilkley estate agents!
