     Ward Estates trades under SageWard Ltd which opened in 2010. This highly successful Ltd Company has established an excellent reputation for award winning customer service within the lettings sector. We felt that it was time to establish a sister company to meet our existing customers sales needs with the same dedicated, customer focused approach. 

    Our experience and feedback tells us that the majority of our new business comes through word-of-mouth due to the high level of service we offer. Ward Estates will emulate this successful combination of knowledge, passion and attention to detail.

     • Online Marketing- Each property will be marketed on Ward Estates website and property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location and social media sites such as Facebook and Instagram

     • A personable one to one service where the vendor and purchaser are kept updated at all times. We will ensure that customers will be guided through the entire sales process

     • We will make arrangements for EPC's (Energy Performance Certificate) and Professional Detailed Floorplans.

     • We have local, reputable solicitors and mortgage advisors who we are happy to recommend as part of the sale process
