The company is headed by Neil Woolcock, Chartered Surveyor, who works on behalf of the firm’s commercial clients and will cover a wide range of services, including landlord and tenant work, lease renewals, rent reviews, sales, lettings and rating appeals.
David Whitelock leads our Residential Agency Team, specialising in town houses, country cottages, and all other types of residential property. David has spent 27 years in the residential agency market and would be pleased to advise vendors on all residential property matters, so please do call in and ask.
Duncan Carse is also a Chartered Surveyor and specialises in Home Buyers Surveys and Valuations, Building Surveys and all types of survey work including mortgage valuations, probate and other residential professional valuation work. Duncan has spent many years in the area, and his unrivalled knowledge of buildings is essential in providing high quality reports with an appropriate degree of expertise.
Residential Lettings and Property Management is an increasingly important part of our business. Manager Sue Osborne and Mark Lethbridge both specialise in lettings and residential property management. As ARLA members we are the only company in the town with representatives who have passed the ARLA qualification. This is particularly important as the clients are immediately aware of the high level of expertise available to them when instructing Ward & Chowen to let or manage their properties.
The services provided by our Bedford Court office are complimented by our office at Moorland Villas, Yelverton, Ward & Chowen at the Tavistock Auction Rooms and at the Tavistock Livestock Centre giving our customers the finest all round service in the town.
