Having 40 years' experience in estate agency, over 25 years being in Chesterfield and the surrounding areas, Annette has an abundance of market knowledge and expertise to offer. After many years working as a valued team member and Valuer for a well-established local estate agency, Annette made the decision to open Wards Estate Agents in 2018 in order to provide a more individual service for clients, something she feels very strongly about. Already a reputable, recognised Valuer, Annette is also Managing Director and fully involved in the daily proceedings in the office, on-hand to guide our clients even out of office hours!
