Watson Bull & Porter Ventnor Office is the oldest established estate agents in the town and is ideally positioned just off the High Street in the centre of Ventnor. Ventnor is a Victorian town and is one of the sunnier spots on the island, due to its sheltered, southerly aspect.
The town offers a good selection of antique and other interesting shops, seafront/promenade, cafes and pubs as well as doctors’ surgeries, dentists, primary and middle schools, the famous botanical gardens and many coastal and country walks. The county town of Newport is approximately 9 miles away and Ryde with its mainland ferry links is approximately 12 miles away, there are main and local bus services that connect Ventnor with most towns and villages.
