    Charlie Webster, MNAEA Owner of Websters
    Charlie is the founder and managing director of Websters. With previous experience in setting up and running a successful Holiday Rentals, Property Sales and Villa Consultancy business in Portugal he soon developed a deep passion for property and decided it was time to bring his skills home and start an estate agency in Norwich. After much deliberation he decided that Unthank Road was the place to be and that's where the Websters story began. Charlie prides himself on his very personal approach to clients and customers alike which has abled him to become a major force in the property market in Norfolk.

    Emma Webster, Owner of Websters
    Emma, wife of Charlie, has been working with Charlie & Albatross Villas for 4 years after giving up her job in Affiliate Marketing. She worked with some of Europe's Largest Online Gaming Clients and spent time travelling and working from her base in Norwich. Before working in the Online Marketing world, she spent 5 years managing Restaurants in Norwich so she has experience in many sectors, Emma's passion lies in customer service and feels that clear and personal interaction with clients goes a long way. Emma is really excited to be starting the Agency with Charlie and with property agents in her family, she has it in her blood!

    Peter Sergeant, Sales & Letting Valuer
    Peter has been involved with residential sales and lettings for over 35 years at the very highest level. Until March 2013 he was an equity partner with a large firm of business and property consultants in East Anglia where he specialised in the sale and rental of all types of property. Peter thrives in a busy work environment and when he received an offer to join his son in law Charlie and daughter Emma, he jumped at the chance. Peter commented: 'I am delighted to help Charlie and Emma grow their business and anything I can do to help establish the firm is a real pleasure'. Many of Peter's clients still rely on his expert advice and Websters can now offer a wide range of services. Blood is definitely thicker than water in this case!

    Alex Penny, Sales Negotiator & Valuer
    Alex is our newest member of the Websters team and is experienced in all aspects of property. Prior to working at Websters Alex has gained invaluable experience working for another independent estate agents in Norwich as well as a few years working for a estate and letting agency in Australia. He is keen to make his mark at Websters and within the Norfolk property scene.

    Helen Webster, Accounts Manager
    Helen has worked with Charlie since Albatross Villas was born in 2005 and has supported the growth and expansion of the business. She is excited as this new venture is taking shape and is ready to get stuck in with the figures and financials as the new Accounts Manager for Websters. Previously working as an Agricultural Secratary Helen is always ready to help and has looked after numerous accounts. On top of work she regularly plays tennis, has created a book club for her closest friends and loves to entertain and prepare food for house parties. Always on the go and very much a people person Helen is a big part of the 'Websters' family!

    The Top Dog - Office Mascot
    Ruby the cock-a-poo is the top dog at Websters! She plays a big part in the Webster family and her favourite past time is chasing a tennis ball around the office! Ruby regularly enjoys an afternoon nap by the window and loves watching the world go by on Unthank Road. Her favourite day of the week is Thursday when she gets to go to Granny's to play with her best friends Elshie the springer spaniel and have a lovely swim in the river Yare!
