Having been the youngest Branch Manager nationally to take over a Franchise from Legal and General, Kate Ryan (Managing Director) has built an extensive knowledge of the needs of the local property market. This has been driven by an ambition to provide outstanding quality and bringing to bear her intuitive business sense in ensuring maximum positive effect for Landlords, Tenants, Homebuyers and Sellers alike. 2011 brings with it the tenth anniversary of Kate Ryan’s ownership of Whitegates Mansfield.
Kate’s focus on providing excellent customer service and demonstrating a thorough understanding of the client’s needs has seen the expansion of the successful Mansfield office into Worksop. With over 14 years experience of selling and managing properties Kate’s dynamic and innovative approach to the business creates a positive and constructive atmosphere for staff and clients to achieve the best results, this was illustrated in March 2010 when she was presented with the award for Entrepreneurial Spirit by the leaders of the Mansfield business community.
