    Managing Director - Neil Hunt BSc FRICS

    Neil has been with Wilkins Vardy since 1976. A Registered Valuer and spokesman on the House Market for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Neil is a former member of the President's Working Party on reform to the House Buying Process.He is one of the most senior property professionals in North Derbyshire who specialises in the planning and development of New Homes . With 35 year's experience of the local house market, Neil's advice and guidance is an invaluable resource available to all our clients.

    Director - Dan Elliott, BSc (Hons) MRICS
    Dan qualified with a degree in Building Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University in 1999. He then worked for Knight Franks Country Homes Department, where he became a chartered member of the RICS in 2002. Since then, Dan has been undertaking surveys and valuations for a number of nationwide survey companies, before eventually forming Derbyshire Surveyors in 2008. Derbyshire Surveyors quickly became regarded locally as Chesterfield's premier survey and valuation firm. Dan and his team merged with Wilkins Vardy in 2013, creating a formidable partnership with the towns leading estate agency.

    Company Secretary - Paula Towndrow
    Paula joined the team at Wilkins Vardy in 1985, after leaving school at the age of 16.Having joined as office junior, Paula has progressed through the company, gaining experience and successfully acquiring more senior positions, culminating in becoming Company Secretary and Director in 2008. In addition to managing the company finances, Paula is also responsible for Human Resources and Health and Safety matters.

    Director - Julia Coombs CertREA FNAEA
    Julia joined the Company as a part-time Saturday Receptionist in May 1991 and transferred to full-time Receptionist/Negotiator at our Clay Cross Office in 1993.Julia began her valuation career in 2001 after completing her studies and obtaining a Certificate in Residential Estate Agency with Distinction, plus the RICS prize for the highest valuation exam results of the year, from the College of Estate Management at Reading University. Julia has progressed to become Associate and now Director, with overall responsibility for the branches at Clay Cross and Bolsover.

    Area Valuer - Annette Ward DipREA

    Since joining Wilkins Vardy in 1994 as an Administrative Assistant, Annette has gained a wide range of experience before training to be a valuer and gaining the top industry qualification. She is now the area valuer based in Chesterfield and has comprehensive knowledge of the local area

    Domestic Energy Assessor - Will Flint

    Will joined the team in 2007, his primary job is to produce the mandatory Energy Performance Certificates for our clients' properties, whilst doing this he collates the marketing information the property, including photographs, floorplan's and detailed specifications. Will also undertakes accompanied viewings

    Photographer - Shelley Dale
    Shelley joined the team in 2014. She has worked in Estate Agency for almost 20 years, as a former valuer and negotiator. She also ran her own property lettings company. Shelley now focuses on her passion of photography and uses this wealth of knowledge to help create the images that are used on the internet and within our brochures. Shelley is one of three photographers within the Wilkins Vardy team.

She is now based full time in Chesterfield where her knowledge and experience is fully utilised.

    After receiving a Degree in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Derby, Michelle joined the Team April 2012 covering Sundays, so when a full time position became available she was the obvious choice. She soon made herself an integrated part of the team and is currently studying towards the NAEA-Sale of Residential property technical award

    Accompanied Viewing Representative - Ryan Bollands

    Ryan joined the team in 2012 and it is his responsibility to accompany viewers round our properties and analyse their initial response. His role allows him to cross reference other properties and build up a rapport with viewers and vendors. As we offer 7 days a week viewing service it is essential at we have availability to show viewers around and Ryan's job is to ensure security and peace of mind.
