As a tenant you can be assured your security deposit is protected and that all matters relating to your tenancy, including maintenance issues, are attended to swiftly in accordance with the best industry guidelines.
We will use a credit reference agency to obtain references on a tenant. We require one month’s rent to be paid in advance, plus a refundable deposit, which is returnable at the end of your tenancy subject to everything being in order. On receipt of an application form for the tenancy of a property, the premises are withdrawn from the letting market and reserved for you, subject to references. We aim to have a decision within 48 hours.
