    Wilsons lettings service has been established since 2004 in Westbury and now covers a wide area. 

    Lettings is our speciality and our passion.  Our company began as a lettings business and we are very proud of the reputation we have developed and the service we offer.   Always giving the best advice and service to our landlords and tenants and keeping up to date with all new and current legislation.   

    We have staff that are ARLA qualified which helps to ensure good practice.

    If you are looking for a quick turnaround to start realising your investment, we have a large database of tenants looking for properties at all times.    We use independent external referencing so that you can be assured that we thoroughly check you are putting the right tenants in.

     Having a qualified team based at our Westbury office means there is always someone on hand to discuss your rental or deal with queries your tenants may have.

    Lewis Sinden, Branch Manager
    Lewis joined Wilsons having previously worked for a large corporate agent. Lewis decided to join an independent agent because he believes every customer should receive the best customer service possible.     Sarah Pike, Lettings Manager
    Sarah began her lettings career as a Saturday girl with Wilsons in 2009 and quickly progressed to Negotiator and Team Leader. In 2013 she moved towns to work for a corporate agent and employed as Lettings Manager took over a new portfolio of properties, opened a lettings department from new and managed the lettings team. In September 2016 Sarah decided it was time to return to work for an independent agent whereby she would have the time to deliver a more personal service. Sarah is ARLA trained and enjoys assisting new and existing investors, guiding them through the lettings process from start to finish to help them gain maximum profit on their rental property. Away from work Sarah is kept busy in her role as Mum to her little boy and enjoys spending time with her family.

    Sam started her estate agency career on the financial services side then moved on to Lettings as lettings negotiator. Sam also has previous experience and qualifications in the hospitality industry. Outside of work Sam enjoys spending time with her family and is kept very busy with her son and her dog.

When viewing a properties details on a mobile phone or tablet, as so many of our potential purchasers do, there is nothing more irritating than having to scroll up and down the page to read the dimensions separately to viewing the plan. Once again, with our new fresh approach, we will offer detailed floor plans for all our properties from now on. Again.... FREE OF CHARGE !

      Editorial style descriptions
      To be blunt, who needs to read a list of which rooms have a radiator, TV point and window !? What will draw someone in to contact us to view your home? We will write a more descriptive, marketing style of description as it is our first opportunity to "sell" your property. In some cases, we even ask our vendors to give us a few lines to explain why they have loved their home. In addition we will include a description of the local area with all the amenities and best points about the location. This will take longer and requires more work than simply listing rooms and radiators, but we offer this FREE OF CHARGE !
