Simon and Lisa Jacobs, with Claire Markwell, Kirsten Allnutt and Rowena Cox are the faces of Winkworth in Devizes. Between them they have lived and worked in this area for much of their adult lives and when the opportunity came to open a local branch of the international franchise, Winkworth, in one of the best offices in Devizes, they jumped at the chance. Franchisee Simon was a former Captain with the Household Cavalry before moving into land and estate agency a decade ago. His wife and fellow franchisee, Lisa, has a long standing background in marketing. They are joined by ex BBC director, Claire, who has worked in estate agency both locally and further afield for many years. Kirsten who has worked in agency since leaving college with experience covering most of the local Towns and surrounding villages and the final member of the team, Rowena, who has long worked in land management.
