FOR LANDLORDS we offer a choice a LET ONLY SERVICE, in which we carefully select a tenant and take up their references before entering into an Assured Shorthold Tenancy; or for those who lead a busy life, or live far away, we operate a FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE, by which we collect and forward rents on a monthly basis and deal with all aspects of household maintenance on a 24 hourly service.
