    Mark Woolley
    Director- Mark has over 25 years' property industry experience having previously managed offices in East and West Yorkshire for Halifax property services, subsequently establishing an East Yorkshire Land and New Homes operation. Mark was then recruited to acquire land for a major Yorkshire house builder, subsequently working as a director for a number of SME property development companies and owning a property photography company. Most recently working from a Driffield base as Yorkshire regional Land and New Homes Sales Manager for a large corporate Estate Agency before leaving to establish Woolley & Parks.

    Natalie Parks
    Director- Natalie has worked in the property industry her whole working life. Starting in Driffield in 2005 she embraced the industry from the very beginning. Working for Halifax Estate Agents over the following five years in neighbouring towns of Hornsea and York. However her heart and passion for the area belonged in Driffield where she has successfully operated since 2010. Being a branch manager for a large corporate Estate Agent in Driffield for the past five years she boasts extensive local knowledge, expertise and experience of local property market conditions. She is hard working, approachable and enthusiastic. Her role involves carrying out market appraisals, viewings, and sales progressing as well as recruitment, the day to day running of the office and managing the sales team.

    Associate Director (Valuations) - Sam is enthusiastic, energetic and impassioned when it comes to valuing and selling houses. Having being promoted to Valuer Manager in his previous employment for a large corporate Estate Agents, Sam has since been valuing and selling houses successfully in the local and surrounding areas.
