This was my first experience of selling my home. When I met Rob he said 'trust me' and I did, the work he did on my behalf was extensive but it was always a pleasure to speak with him and I am so grateful for his patience and understanding, so I thank him with all my heart.

Sam and the team at Your Move recently helped us sell 2 properties in South Bank, and we thought their service was incredible. I cannot recommend Your Move enough, due to previous bad experiences with other Estate Agents both with buying and selling we feared the worse! However the wonderful experience with Your Move was faultless from beginning to end. Craig is extremely knowledgeable and a very nice chap, we knew as soon as we had discussed the valuation with him Your Move was the company to sell with and we were right! The young lady that came and took the photos was lovely, she explained what would look best on the photos and how she did the floor plan. The result was excellent the photos used online and in the brochure were extremely good, we nearly made an offer on it ourselves! We jokingly said it will be sold in a couple of weeks and it was less than that, absolutely outstanding. Rob kept us up to date with everything and answered any of our queries very promptly it was really nice to have one person looking after the progress of the sale. The whole team at Your Move have been brilliant, we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest truthful hardworking Estate Agent that gets results, fast!

It turns out selling a house isn't necessarily as easy as I first thought. However if it wasn't for Your Move Anscombs I'd have probably take a running jump off the Humber Bridge by now. The service they provided was excellent. Especially Sam, who I dealt with from start to finish. He's a huge asset to the company. Even when there were a couple of unforeseen setbacks he managed to put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. I can't thank Sam and the team at Your Move enough. I was recommended Your move by a friend who had purchased a property through them and said that the communication was excellent, and she definitely wasn't wrong. I can not recommend them enough.. the whole process from start to finish was outstanding. All the staff were great but a special mention to Rob who really did go above and beyond to ensure that I got the sale and after having some difficulties with my solicitor he went out of his way to offer his assistance however he could, despite this not being up to him to do. If you're looking to sell your house in York I would really recommend Rob and Emma! Rob was very helpful throughout the whole process. From providing updates on viewings, getting a good sale price and working with the buyer's solicitor to speed up the process to ensure the sale was completed early.
