With a successful agency career of over 35 years, Jason is proud to have helped literally thousands of buyers and sellers move home. "I spent over 25 years with one of the UK's largest corporate estate agency groups, working my way through the ranks to ultimately become a regional director. I had responsibility for multiple branch locations throughout Castle Point, Basildon, and Southend districts. I later moved into the prime and executive market sector, covering premium homes, in some of the most favoured locations across Essex.

Dan began his agency career back in 2005, with one of the most successful estate agents in Essex, covering Rayleigh, Hockley and all of the surrounding areas, later moving into semi-rural and country homes in more varied locations throughout Essex. After taking a management role in corporate banking for several years, he then rekindled his estate agency career, when an opportunity came to join one of the largest hybrid estate agencies, gaining valuable experience in the modern world of on-line estate agency.

Lucas is a highly focused and motivated individual. He began his career in corporate estate agency back in 2009, with one of the largest agency groups in the UK, working in high volume, fast paced offices in various locations across South Essex.The next stage of Lucas' journey saw him advance into the sale of luxury homes around Shenfield and Brentwood. He gained valuable experience, building individual relationships with buyers and sellers in the premium market sector.Lucas then moved into the modern world of hybrid estate agency, selling hundreds of homes across South East Essex, from Basildon, right through to Southend.

Leon is a true part of the local community. Born, bred and educated in the area he has always enjoyed the benefits of living locally with easy access to the seafront hubs of Thorpe Bay, Southend, Westcliff and Leigh On Sea.Leon is an avid sports fan and has played football to a semi-professional level. When he isn't selling homes, Leon can be found taking a stroll through Hockley Woods or the Rochford reservoir. He also likes to meet with up with friends at the Horse & Groom or spend time enjoying the beach with his young family."My love and passion for estate agency has been with me since my first day in the industry. Richard has lived and worked in East London and West Essex all his adult life. He currently lives on the Firs Estate in South Woodford E18 with his partner and two dogs. Come rain or shine, Richard can often be found enjoying long walks around Epping Forest. He is very much involved in his community as a member of The South Woodford Society and The South Woodford Gardeners, embracing everything that this wonderful area has to offer. Working in the East London and West Essex property industry for over 13 years as a lettings and sales manager for several luxury High Street estate agents, Richard has built a wealth of knowledge across all areas of the property industry including sales, lettings, new build developments, land and auction sales. In 2022 Richard decided to make the move as an independent property consultant, and then In 2023 Richard joined the Young's team becoming an associate partner of Youngs Residential. This has allowed Richard to run his own local business and offer a truly personal and traditional estate agency service, together with the latest digital marketing teqhniques presenting all his clients properties in the best light.
