    NALS 

    haart is also a member of the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS). NALS is an independent licensing scheme for lettings and management agents, which ensures that all members provide defined standards of customer service, are part of a Client Money Protection Scheme and operate a customer complaints procedure with independent redress.

    SAFEagent 

    haart is one of the original supporters of SAFEagent, a Government backed kitemark that denotes firms that protect landlords' and tenants' money through Client Money Protection Schemes. 

    The Property Ombudsmen 

    haart is a full member of The Property Ombudsmen (TPO).
