I have recently moved in to a rented flat. Kirsty of Chelmsford haart Lettings was very helpful in the process - emailing efficiently and keeping me and my partner up to date. She was very polite and professional and ensured our needs were met. This was our first time moving in together and Kirsty made sure it was a very smooth and pleasant experience for us. On the day of the move, Kirsty was also very helpful in giving us advice on what we needed to do (i.e rent payments, bills). Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner and she tried hard to solve any issues that arose. Oliver and I found all staff friendly and helpful. Natasha, we would like to express our thanks for how quickly your team(s) have pulled together to get us to view recently, deal with the landlord, as well as process all our checks and get us the keys in just a matter of days. We were especially happy with Kirsty who was excellent throughout the process. Kirsty answered a lot of questions for us at the viewing and when we had more questions over the following days, she always answered us quickly and nothing seemed too much for us to ask of her - she seemed to genuinely care about our application. We had quite a few things that we wanted to ask of the landlord, with regards to decoration and the possibility of installing a shower in the bathroom and she came back with positive responses, very quickly. On the day we signed our contracts and received the keys, Kirsty arranged for us to do this in the Braintree branch, which was much better for us, and was happy to speak to us on the phone when we needed to ask questions about the alarm system that the Braintree team didn't know the answers to. With regards to the Braintree team, Steve was really friendly and helpful, and he deserves a mention for his great service too. In recent weeks, we had been let down quite a few times by various letting agents and landlords which was starting to get us down, but Kirsty and Steve were a pleasure to deal with and are a credit to your company.
