I am very happy with the work Stephanie did to progress my sale through to exchange and completion. She was very knowledgeable of the whole conveyancing process. When there were some issues lower down the chain she really helped to keep the whole thing together. Stephanie kept me well informed with regular updates and always returned all my calls and emails. There is a real skill involved in making sure everyone does what's needed to reach the desired result and, being able to do this without becoming annoying! Throughout the process Stephanie was always friendly and professional and I felt that I was working with her rather than being pushed.
