My experience with haart was excellent

I wanted to give some feedback on the great service I received from Daniel. The service I received from the branch was excellent; they were absolutely brilliant and went out of their way to help me. Daniel was a star from the day I phoned up to view the property right through to my getting the keys off him. Daniel got me in the property within a week so I was over the moon. I had a previous property to move into and the landlord decided to pull out three days before so I was desperate to find a property as I had to be out of mine. I explained this to Daniel and he said he would sort it as quick as he could. He was never too busy to answer my calls and if he wasn't there Sophie dealt with me instead, she also was brilliant and did everything she could to help me. Compared to the service I received from the previous letting agent which was dreadful; they never returned my emails or phone calls, my experience with haart was excellent, I would recommend you to anyone. A seamless and professional process throughout

I wanted to thank you, Dan and all the support staff at haart for your help with our recent house move. Normally moving house is one of the most stressful times in your life, especially when children are involved; however it was a very seamless and professional process from start to finish. Within a day of making an enquiry you managed to arrange a viewing and Dan worked after normal working hours to help with a second viewing, so both me and my partner could see the property. The move in date was confirmed a couple days after and signing all documents online rather than coming into the office made it a lot easier. On move in day we picked up the keys and were in out of the office with minimum of fuss and when we reported a maintenance issue this was resolved straight away and we were kept informed. Again thank you for all you help and nice to be dealing with a person who took a personal interest, rather than other high street letting agents.
